As an experienced UX researcher, I assist organizations in creating straightforward industry presence strategies and target users the best way possible, including:- Modeling UI development process in digital products and projects: I create design guides in Figma, customer journey maps, user flows, story frames, provide usability testing, and more- Collaborating with development teams, decomposing tasks and troubleshooting, brainstorming- Leading several research projects in the field of socioeconomic problems, medialogy, new social processes and practices (volunteering, charity, entrepreneurship support)- Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, focus groups, in-depth interviews and surveys- Deep research statistics and data analysis; preparing analytical reports and presentations- Consulting on educational and social projects: how to set project goals, manage completion and risks

For over 4 years I have been managing research and skill development programs within WorldSkills - a non-profit association promoting vocational education and training in respective countries and helping fuel economies with talent:- Designed and run the information campaigns promoting the innovative skill development (press conferences, social media channels, website, press service, interviews, media collaboration): researched the audience and user groups in different sources, prepared hypotheses, run end-to-end campaigns, analyzed results and prepared documentation and presentations- Created and approved project development maps and plans with universities and colleges, industrial and technological partners (e.g. Mitutoyo, Siemens, DMG Mori, Kuka, Fanuc and others)- Organized and managed professional skill events, panel sessions, discussions, workshops and competitions (regional & nationwide levels): WorldSkills championships for more than 2000 participants, experts; 100 educational institutions)- Organized and handled demonstration exams in St. Petersburg (100 educational institutions, 1000 demo exams, 7000 participants); created survey and analyzed the results data

Before 2022, I worked as Director of the WorldSkills Development Centre based within the University of Aerospace Instrumentation (St. Petersburg):- Designed and conducted large nationwide sociological research on career guidance, professional and career expectations, students' competency profiles in comparison to industry-sought skills- I created, managed and acquired federal grants for the nationwide project "FutureSkills University": the project allowed BA alumni to develop additional digital and technical skills: I set up processes, issued all required official documentation and successfully got it approved after presenting the project to the government figures in the Ministry of Education: new subjects were included into the official higher education diplomas in 50+ universities- I was nominated as a nationwide Project Leader, and later on, I founded many Future Skills laboratories in Universities in South Africa, Brazil, India, Kazakhstan, Belarus etc. allowing students gain more useful skills upon their main education programs - Organized business meetups, conferences, workshops, presentations, championships and training programs according to WorldSkills standards (university, regional, international): 10+ events per year- Developed the WorldSkills expert community at the University: over 100 experts; 20+ competencies- Created and managed the "Professions and skills of the future" department - Collaborated with the media and industrial partners during the deployment of projects and skill labs- Organized and handled events for students and alumni: masterclasses, trainings, hackathons about employment technologies and career design- Designed and implemented the International partnership program e.g. “Future skills competitions” bootcamps, educational agreements with universities abroad- Took part in the 45th WorldSkills Competition-2019 in Kazan and Euroskills-2021 in Graz.

The Information and Analytics Department’s goal was to innovate the alumni Career Center via career market research and analysis of industry demands in order to gain trust of future employers and students.- I conducted sociological and marketing research, statistical analysis, developed recommendations for improving the competitiveness of students on the career market (author of more than 10 studies)- Сreated and tested the innovative methodology for career skills and soft skills (e.g. business games and training for career guidance and career design)- Developed and maintained the corporate identity (social media presence, brand book and marketing strategy) of the University Career Center, activities, interaction with the media, advertising and media materials, SMM and positioning- Designed and managed the events of the University Career Center (career forums, job fairs, employer presentations, etc.)- Built relationships with project partners in all of the Career Center events, e.g. Intel, Harman, Samsung, KPMG, Stada, and others

I worked at the post-school education and training facility for technical and technological professional education, where my main goal was to establish the WorldSkills office and to run professional skills development programs within the region:- Ran a full-on information campaign to position the WorldSkills movement within the region- Developed and implemented the brand positioning strategy for the CollegePlanned and carried out the PR and advertising campaigns; run the College website, including internet marketing and digital positioning approaches- Successfully set up the WorldSkills Office in Nizhny Novgorod, based in the College- Organized career and professional development events- Ran and managed the 1st Regional Skills Championship according to WorldSkills standards

Eleks Polus was a largest car dealership centre in the region, where I worked as a marketing manager and quickly was promoted to Head of the Department ans was responsible for sales and marketing performance:- Designed and executed marketing and advertising strategy; managed sales advertising budget - Developed and approved of all advertising layouts, materials, videos, web banners, etc.- Managed the ads placement in the media and on the Internet- Interacted with car manufacturer and distributors in order to fulfill the obligations matching with the company’s identity- Maintained the company's website- Wrote press releases, articles, PR materials- Supervised the call centre work process (information and reference service)- Monthly monitored the market position and the share held by the dealership- Managed company’s formal and informal events - Provided training for sales reps and support agents
