Talent Success Lead
Current- participate in staffing strategy development for specific projects and positions in the location;- keep stakeholders updated regarding staffing capabilities in location;- identify the need and arrange re/training for new or growing competencies;- manage the internal talent pool;- support employees: guidance in the retraining process, skills development, internal projects, future assignment plans, rotations etc;- employee retention management: analysis of the risks in the location within the technology segment, participation in performance appraisal, plans rotations and substitutions upfront;- reserve management: analysis of reserve quality and amount of available specialists, making the hiring decision, cost-effectiveness, manage tasks assignment and compensation etc;- identify needs for apprentices, maintain planned IT Academy groups in location, launch custom groups for specific accounts;- investigate, create and apply best practices for staffing speed up on location/in the Company;- consulting and supporting company management to ensure the best quality of cooperation with staffing;- drive initiatives in the Company to improve staffing and resourcing processes.
