Provide consulting services to Law Firms. Manage various projects and be responsible for the set-up, delivery, and integration of high quality, cost-effective contract services that are custom designed for each client. In addition, assist clients with designing and integrating technology solutions into service offerings as needed. Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls, monitor cash flow and cash management, and identify and implement cost control initiatives. Manage banking relationships and other external parties with whom financial information is exchanged. Develop, document, communicate, and enforce policies and procedures relating to all financial functions and Firm expense guidelines.Ensure the timely filing of all local, state, and federal tax reports and ERISA reports, as well as respond to financial surveys and insurance applications. Maintain and negotiate vendor relationships and contracts. Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including billing, collections, accounts payable, cash applications, taxes, financial reporting and analysis, and budget. Ensure compliance to all client invoicing/billing requirements. Evaluate, upgrade, and manage the Firm's financial systems to facilitate timely and accurate financial reporting. Manage Client Trust Account (IOLTA).
