- Increased the profit of 32 companies (turnover from $4M per year to $200M per year) from 30% to 250% during the year of the project by building a transparent system of business processes between all departments of the company, creating a system of metrics and tracking it on a weekly, monthly basis and quarterly format.- Hired c-level management teams in 32 companies (leading manufacturing companies in the agricultural, manufacturing and FMCG distribution sectors), by understanding the characteristics of the company, corporate culture and the specifics of applicants. 85% of hired employees continue to cooperate with companies.- Implemented functional structures with clear business processes in 51 companies (with an implementation period of 3 to 8 months depending on the size of the companies) by creating a clear vision for the company's growth and the ability to find an approach to each manager, see his pains and companies. This allowed us to clearly move along the strategy and not go beyond the HR budgets.- Developed employee performance appraisal systems in 51 companies => ensured transparency of business appraisal and allowed efficient redistribution of employee workload when scaling. This was achieved thanks to the understanding of critical tracking marks and the ability to train the team to find bottlenecks in the business.- Gathered a team of 7 people (hr director, recruiters, financial consultant, online school curator, business consultants) to manage 10 consulting projects. All work was carried out simultaneously with full compliance with the implementation deadlines, tracking performance indicators, and receiving feedback from the owners.
