Y cuando hablamos de experiencia, comencé a hacerme más preguntas: ¿qué más podemos hacer por nuestro usuario? ¿cómo logramos que encuentre las respuestas por sí mismo?Y cuando uní todas estás preguntas en el Journey del cliente entre al área del Customer Success, donde mi reto estuvo en mejorar continuamente la forma en que el usuario se relaciona con nosotros.Ahora, con toda esta experiencia sobre el mercado latinoamericano y el comportamiento del cliente, entré al área de Business Intelligence, para ayudar a nuestros partners a mejorar el approval rates y buscar las mejores opciones de métodos de pagos que más se adecuen a ellos.
