Hi, I’m Irina.I'm a somatic therapist and intimacy coach. Born and raised in the Netherlands (and now living in Berlin), I’ve spent more than two decades traveling the world and developing a wealth of knowledge and experience.My focus is on self-healing, understanding how past abuse and trauma affect our present, addressing medical challenges, exercising boundaries in life and work, reconnecting with core aspects of yourself, and supporting people as they build stronger, more intimate connections.With a focus on self-love, authenticity, resilience and self-care, I have connected insights from my experiences with lessons on somatic therapies, sexuality and sensuality, the female body and its cycles, nutrition, yoga and Ayurveda. I’ve had firsthand experience with the importance of making taking care of yourself a top priority, and I strive to live what I teach. By tuning into what is needed in that specific moment and building on a variety of experiences - ranging from working in Bali to studying Ayurvedic herbal remedies in India to exploring intimacy and relationships with the Somatica Method and Pantarei Approach - I like to support and empower each individual to live a life that’s full of passion, love and abundance.
