My background in Sales technical support, quality assurance, engineering, marketing, on-site training, and product management has given me the opportunity to experience the entire range of product development from initial concept to worldwide release.My technical expertise includes cross-platform proficiency (Windows, Linux and MAC); network protocols; working with different printing and cutting hardware. I am providing on-going training on software and color management for business partners in person, by phone and via internet. Collected and processed User Experience information to define detailed product specification. Gather product requirements documentation from business partners such as: Canon, HP, Epson, Xerox and others to ensure that specific functional requirements are properly implemented within the product. I worked closely with the marketing team to help them better understand the key features of the product.My job require excellent knowledge in computer science, networking and internet, a variety of different hardware and software, and to be able to do research and analysis on new technologies. I also travelled worldwide to maintain and improve users network by providing product training, technical and sales support.
