Retail sales analysis by KA/region/shop:- MS Access database development and weekly uploades of sales volume and value by store/model,- store segmentation for optimizing in-store investment,- distribution control,- weekly dashboard for top management with reco. for paint points.5. Promotions ROI: develop and implement ROI calculation scheme, study existing promo types for maximizing profit, provide Coop Marketing Managers with recommendations for promo tactics, channel, model selection and discount depth.Achievements:- field KPI system implemented,- as a result of "Mystery shopper project" LG shop consultants complying standards grew from 64% to 89%.
