Drive the Lean audits to evaluate the current systems and processes in each plant (8 Factories) within the SBU (Strategic business unit).- Propose and suggest the recommended processes by evaluating the current workflows using various lean tools (Process Map, Value stream map, etc.)- Identify the Organizational level problems while analyzing the current processes, develop project implementation plans, Problem-solving to resolve the organizational problems with the relevant plant teams.- Train the Team leaders and Group leaders to enhance capabilities to work with the newly proposed methods.- Monitor and update the Turnaround projects by engaging with relevant teams and by providing lean support to initiate, drive and evaluate the progress to achieve the targeted results.- Manage the implementation process of the Standardization, Optimization, and Automation within the SBU with I&SE (Industrial and Simultaneous Engineering) and Autonomation team on engineering solutions, by assessing the solutions based on lean concepts and plans,- Maintain the connection with the MAS Group Lean team (GLE) and external consultants to gather new knowledge, conceptualize to suit the local practices, internalize learnings, and bring in new/ innovative thinking to resolve business problems by consulting and coaching the internal teams to bring impact on bottom line significantly in the division.- Responsible to conduct Advance Lean training sessions by developing the curriculum, present the training, evaluating the assessments, and coaching the trainees using the latest learning techniques to facilitate effective adult learning and create a lean culture within MAS KREEDA.- Direct strategy process of KREEDA Senior Team and Plant Management,- by facilitating the senior teams of the KREEDA in drafting & streamlining the strategy A3s and operational Hoshin Kanri- by facilitating the deployment of departmental business strategies- by developing the concepts and supportive tools

- Create Project charters linking them to business hoshin whilst, establishing and linking the Lean road map with the business strategy of the organization, taking a lead role along with the Management in driving the same.- Support Projects and identify opportunities of improvement, coordinate and guide the teams on continuous improvement whilst, instilling measures as review mechanisms and for check and adjustments- Adentify training gaps in all areas of the business in terms of Lean, Methods liaise with certified Trainers and the HR team in coordinating and conducting relevant job family-based training programs.- Analyze the current systems and processes using the relevant lean tools covering the entire business unit to identify the continuous improvement opportunities- Prepare project proposals by analyzing the current status, Standard works, SOPs ( Standard Operation Procedures ) of each process to resolve problems- Drive Problem-solving culture within the organization from team member to General manager level using the tools such as why why Analysis, 8 Step problem solving, PDCA, Jishuken, etc.- Map the plantvalue stream with the key persons to identify the status and propose the future state of the manufacturing process with a proper implementation plan- Lead the plant lean enterprise initiatives including SS and visual factory management, standardize work, Process / Workflow improvement, Pull system, etc.- Drive Kaizen mindset by involving employees at all levels.
