I manage Research and Innovation projects, funded by the EU programme Horizon2020 and Horizon Europe. I'm currently involved in the following projects and relevant responsibilities:◦ ROSETTA - Reducing food waste due to marketing standards through alternative market access (GA No.101136427): project management and co-ordination since the proposal and Grant Agreement preparation stages; implementation started in January 2024, involving 17 organisations from 8 EU countries; acting as liaison and reporting to the project officer of the funding authority.◦ agroBRIDGES - Building bridges between consumers and producers by supporting short food supply chains through a systemic, holistic, multi- actor approach based-toolbox (GA No.101000788): project management and coordination; coordination of technical design and development of the project’s digital toolbox; progress monitoring of the work of the project team, consisting of 15 organisations from 11 countries; acting as liaison and reporting to the project officer of the funding authority.◦ VIBES - Improving recyclability of thermoset composite materials through a greener recycling technology, based on reversible bio-based bonding materials (GA No. 101023190): management and progress monitoring of the project Work Package on communication, dissemination and training; acting as communication, training and stakeholders’ manager of the project, involving 13 organisations from 7 EU countries; development of business models and plan of key exploitable results of the project.◦ CUBIC - Improving the circularity of complex plastic multi-material composites using novel biobased materials in B2B semi-finished products (GA No. 101111996): expert advice on the dissemination, communication and exploitation of the project, involving 13 organisations from 8 EU countries.

I offered business coaching and mentoring, one-to-one advice as well as group training, to business startups and new entrepreneurs, focusing on the following aspects of business development:- Customer development process.- Design and implementation of business model, aiming at profitability with minimisation of risks.- Funding sources (in collaboration with funding experts).- Specific business issues, such as Intellectual Property (copyright, trade marks, patents) and Business Information/ Desk Research.

I contributed to the delivery of the Library's "Innovating for Growth" Programme to help local small businesses achieve growth and success. I acted as a point of liaison between the programme, the core services offered in the Business & IP Centre of the Library and access to the collections to ensure that businesses are able to make the best use of these resources. I assisted more than 450 small businesses that participated in the programme, by offering training, one-to-one advice and research assistance on Business Information & Intellectual Property (IP). I also delivered relevant group training to business startups that make general use of the services of the Centre.

I provided management consulting services for the development and management of business incubators and other innovation support actions to organisations of the public and private sector, mainly through participation to relevant National or EU programmes.

I provided management consulting services on entrepreneurship and innovation management to organisations of the public and private sector.

I worked as a Management Consultant and Project Manager in Technology & Innovation Management as well as Quality Management projects, collaborating with numerous intermediary organisations from Greece and EU, and also many Greek SMEs.

I participated in specific technical consulting projects for data acquisition and process control in the Chemical Industry. I specifically worked on mathematical modelling, simulation and control of polymer reactors and the development of respective software for industrial polymerisation processes.

I worked with the Advanced Process Control Group, a technical consulting group developed within the University of Newcastle upon Tyne (UK). I specifically worked on the following projects:- Application of statistical process control for the improvement of process quality and process productivity.- Solution of quality related problems of industrial processes, offering technical consulting to ICI and Hickson - Hickson Chemicals.
