As a Front Office Manager I deliver consistent results that contribute to the overall success of the Casa Maria Bed and Breakfast and all of it’s department by accomplishing performance objectives linked to revenues, business effectiveness and efficiencies and delivering exemplary customer service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• I have a passion for providing guests with exceptional service and experiences.• I work with the Director of Rooms to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction scores in all areas of the hotel.• I am responsible for satisfaction scores for the front desk operations. I addresses any deficiencies in the area immediately.• I work with the Director of Rooms to develop action plans as necessary to achieve expected guest satisfaction scores.• I effectively trains guest service agents on proper front desk procedures and service standards.• I recruit, interviews, and selects the most qualified candidates for front desk positions in conjunction with the Director of Rooms.• I prepare weekly schedules for front office staff.• I address performance deficiencies of front office staff through coaching and disciplinary actions.• I complete performance evaluations for front office staff.• I am responsible for posting weekly guest satisfaction scores for hotel associates to see and review.• I ensure guest service agents comply with clean, neat uniforms and name badges.• I provide required reports in a timely fashion and of a quality that can be shared with corporate.• I Ensure rates are accurate and monitored daily.• I am proficient at managing inventory in the property management system.• I Review Night Audit reports daily.• I have open availability. I work AM, PM, and Overnight shifts when needed.• I Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.• I Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.• I Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor.
