I work on the National Institute of Health's Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development Study. Iconduct interviews and neurocognitive assessments with adolescents, adhering to highly detailed and dynamic data collection protocols. I collect biospecimen samples, perform basic lab testing and assist during participant MRI scans. I perform in-depth routine quality assurance review of all data collected by the ABCD team. I schedule all participant interviews and imaging visits while managing complex schedules across multiple calendars. I strive to increase engagement of study participants via production and distribution of outreach materials. I implement emergency response protocols when needed, responding to crises with sound judgment and effective communication. I attend and occasionally facilitate regular Diversity, Equity and Inclusion discussions that aim to promote anti-racist engagement and action through a trauma-informed lens. I adapt to and implement changing workflows, protocols and practices as we transition between remote and in-person work.

Taught week-long, STEM-based, LEGO engineering programs to children ages 4 to 12. Worked as the sole Play-Well representative on site, balancing multiple responsibilities. Completed extensive training, independent research and planning to prepare dynamic classroom presentations. Implemented and adapted curriculum while fostering a positive classroom environment.

Developed new observational methods for an atmospheric science measurement. Reviewed academic papers and consulted with researchers in the field to meet project objectives. Performed data mining, used analytical skills to extract patterns, and produced comprehensive reports. Presented our team's research findings at the 2018 Murdock Conference.

One year as meat counter clerk and housekeeper; one year as pastry counter clerk and barista. Managed several tasks efficiently and with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
