Iris is a massage doula supporting families in the Austin area since 2009. She has supported moms at home, in the hospital & at birth centers. She has the ability to help keep the atmosphere calm and mom grounded & centered through her birth journey. As a massage therapist, Iris has 12 years experience in:- prenatal massage- injury recovery- surgery recovery- structural bodywork- plantar fasciitis- fibromyalgia- stress related headaches...and the list goes on. She is also trained in Reiki energetic work. Iris will help you make the mind body connection so that you can continue your life journey as your true self.She also volunteers with the non profit GALS (Giving Austin Labor Support). Iris is the project coordinator for GALS & Any Baby Can.
