4PL Control Tower for Integrated Logistics at Kuehne+Nagel. Transport Planning, inbound truck transportation operations, and Event Monitoring with corrective actions for customer CATERPILLAR. Communicating and collaborating daily with various stakeholders across the supply chain (including carriers. suppliers, receiving facilities. customs brokers, customer) providing guidance and support for shipments' execution.As of May 2024, I have been a full team member at CATERPILLAR's Network Control Center team. This was part of my 4PL scope at Kuehne+Nagel where I gained knowledge and took action on inbound truck transport planning, procedures and logistics arrangements from CATERPILLAR's perspective.Point of escalation for issues impacting shipments either in progress, planned or executed and implementing actions to prevent line-down situations.
