Build strong partnership across customer base and understand what's their pain point and what is important to their business so that we can provide our valuable solution, and meaningful relationships can be developed and loyalty to Leedarson increased.3. Manage the project, doing the workshop with customers and other 3rd-party partners, coordinate the internal and external resource to implement the projects according to the schedule. 4. Take ownership of customer issues and use initiative when problem solving.5. Understand and keep up to date on the latest developments within Lighting that would affect our customers.6. Communicate to leadership on a regular basis and maintain records of opportunity status, forecast, account plan, workplan and other information as requested using Leedarson's CRM system. Show less
