While supervising the design team in shop drawing production, Iris focused on design coordination with architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. She also works closely with the site team to achieve optimal levels of craftsmanship and efficacy. Iris constantly strives to achieve client satisfaction by active listening and taking prompt actions. On ther other hand, Iris leads the team in producing competitive design/build proposals by setting out distinct project goals and design direction. Working closely with the Project Director, she is also involved in the company's strategic planning and talent management.

Iris has designed a handlful of amazing stores for the Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong markets. Working closely with local project and operation teams, Iris strives to listen and to understand their needs and challenges. Every store is unique and creatively designed to tell the story of the renowned coffee brand, its values, and passions, while achieving local relevance in each design. With the ever-evolving visions in the brand's design narratives, Iris regularly joins her fellow teammates, managers, and directors in reviewing and critiquing one another's work.
