The Human Resources (HR) Generalist belongs in the HR Shared Services group and performs HR-related duties and carry-out the following responsibilities:• Checks and monitors compliance/completion of pre-employment requirements of new hires • Enrolls, monitors & updates (additions & resignations) employee’s membership to government agencies (e.g. SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth) • Processes, monitors, and updates (additions & resignations) employee and dependents list with accredited HMO for medical benefits coverage and accredited life insurance company for life insurance coverage • Issues to employees any employment-related IDs or cards (e.g. HMO, payroll card, company ID, etc) • Coordinates with Creative Design Team the schedules of photoshoot for company IDs of new hires • Processes and monitors employment background checks, including analyzing reported data on employment requirement compliance • Reviews any statements of account (SOA) or invoices related to company benefits (e.g. HMO, Life insurance, background check, etc) and endorses these SOAs/invoices to Finance for processing • Processes government mandatory contributions and loans (e.g. SSS, HDMF, Philhealth, etc) including, but not limited to: Ø endorsing payment request to Finance Ø monitoring of payment postings • Processes employee requests for availment of government loans (e.g. HDMF, SSS) and benefits (e.g. maternity, sss sickness, etc) • Processes Employment Agreements and Bonds to employees • Processes Certificates of Employment and clearances as needed
