Responsibilities:• Assess and investigate compensation claim ensuring timeframes are monitored and NSW Worker’s Compensation legislation are followed under direction of the Senior Claims Officer.• Liaise with internal and external customers to arrange relevant medical related appointments in reference to Worker’s Compensation Claims.• Work closely with the Account Manager, Senior Claims Officer, Senior IMS and injury management Advisors, and other relevant parties to maintain accuracy and consistency of information, providing administrative assistance and support within the team.
