• Responsibility for all carrier sourcing/carrier management activities • Strategic carrier sourcing for several customers• Development of carrier management department with regards to statistics, follow up, KPI’s and report outs. • Responsibility for TMS (4PL) operations, Revenue €70 million annually. Number of direct reports: 30+, consisting of administrative personnel in Roosendaal and Hyderabad, India.• Daily operations, follow up with customers, internal training, • Internal Process Improvement and alignment between Roosendaal and Hyderabad. Creating standard operating procedures to ensure continuity of operations.• Internal reorganisation by putting the right people in the right spot, increasing productivity and personal motivation.

• Full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility of the Venlo site, total Revenue managed: €6 million• Managing 30+ FTE admin, 60+ drivers (both Dutch and Estonian), 5+ warehouse staff.• Main goal was to make sure the Venlo site was more strongly connected to the Roosendaal Head Office and employees stayed motivated during the reorganisation.• Responsible for execution of the July 2009 reorganisation (9FTE warehouse + office employees)• Changing reporting structure to a weekly P&L instead of a monthly P&L, to follow KPI’s and financial status more closely.
