Yello helps recruiters love their work by optimizing how companies source and hire for the right talent. As the direct report to the COO, I supported day-to-day operations, meetings, and reporting for the Management team. This included driving organizational goals, annual strategic planning, and leading strategic initiatives. As an example I led cross-functional initiatives to enhance the value of Yello's integration offerings and transition to a new platform (system). This involved executing a strategy that targeted systemic challenges, standardizing bundles, providing enablement; and ensuring Yello's revenue recognition, contracts, and Salesforce systems were up to date. This enabled Yello to align customer needs with the appropriate integration, set clear expectations at the onset during Sales, and augment their offerings with new vendor partnerships. In addition to revamping Yello's integrations, I lead a cross-functional initiative to shut down a legacy system. This was instrumental in unlocking resources to invest in the new more robust system and ensuring Yello continues to deliver new value to clients.

As the winner of Yello's "Living our Values" award, "Be Proactive", I oversaw implementations for Yello's top clients with complex product suites. I arrived at Yello as they were in rapid expansion. I seized the opportunity by setting the foundation for the Project Management team, driving change management, and collaboration.
