Facilitate support groups for domestic violence survivors, providing counseling and education including domestic violence and safety, life skills, parenting, and asertiveness.

Work with a caseload of problem gamblers and their families, participating in culturally specific outpatient treatment, counseling and case management services; conduct comprehensive, ongoing assessment of client's mental health needs; work with clients to develop and complete individualized treament plans; facilitate process and psycho-educational groups, including community education and trainings; offer/refer clients to supportive, holistic on-site services or other services as appropriate; provide informed, written status reports to probation/parole officers and courts

Translate and transcribe interviews conducted with Vietnamese immigrant parents who are involved in the child welfare system. Interview Vietnamese immigrant families. Translate research questionnaires and consent forms. Create SPSS spreadsheets and enter survey and interview data.

Conduct needs assessments and treatment plans, home and school visits, and therapeutic/rehabilitative play activities for individual and groups of young children (0-6). Provide collateral and consultation services for parents and teachers. Maintain clinical files, writing group and individual case notes, submitting required reports and billing for Medical payments. Coordinate and conduct parenting workshops and community outreach events.
