Internet Division Manager
CurrentResponsible of implementation of Internet and Intranet applications, including the management of Social Security sites on the Internet and the Intranet portal.• Management of a multi-professional staff (standard workers and consultants).• Network management of employees in the ICT Administration and Information Systems and the various business units (35 employees).• Instructs, guides and implements Internet and intranet systems• Responsible for maintenance and integration of the digital channels and development of changes and improvements in accordance with changes in legislations.• Responsible for coordinating unit operations and development teams with headquarters and branch units.• Responsible for contracts with external contractors. Coordination between the Social Security parties and foreign parties. Responsible for the execution of work orders by external parties.• Responsible for formulating annual work plans.• Prepares budget requirements for the promotion of digital issues.• Advises managers and professional units on developments, analyzes activity and user behavior, and compiles periodic activity reports.• Training of internal and external parties in the issues of digital services of the National Insurance Institute• Promotes professional training and enrichment of staff in the team.• Representative of the National Insurance Institute in government forums, Knesset committees, Digital Israel.
