CurrentHuman Resources Generalist November 2014 – presentAssist in the full-cycle recruitment process in a call center environment including, but not limited to: reviewing applications and resumes for open positions, prescreening, interviewing, reviewing background information, advertising needs, maintaining relationships with local partners in recruitment, and updating job descriptionsEnsure all new hire paperwork has been completed and input in the HRIS system correctly and make corrections when necessary including meeting document deadlines based on regulations and/or system needs Implement procedures, recruiting strategies, and employee training for the entire contact center based on corporate needs and company policies Create, review, and provide feedback on employee documentation with members of management and make updates and/or corrections when necessaryAdminister leaves of absences including FMLA Leaves to employees and answer employee questions regarding their leaves Conduct investigations when necessary while maintaining the level of confidence needed Maintain current associate files including terminations and meet Record Retention Regulations Organize employee events throughout the year including Associate Day, Holiday Dinner, and Bravo CelebrationsMonitor phone calls and employee attendance as neededResponsible for all New Hire Orientations
