International Business DepartmentMy Main Responsibilities:1. In charge of the 3rd Annual World Congress of Digestive Disease (WCDD-2018).2. Establish and update the conference website regularly. Make the website more comprehensible and effective to the speakers.3. At early stage of the conference, contact the invited speakers and confirm their participation in the conference. Give introductions and help the speakers to finalize each step before their participation, making sure all the procedures are correct and efficient. 4. Maintain the relationships with each speaker and keep daily communications with them, including answering questions, solving problems, providing various conference materials and communicating with the organizing committee.5. Before the conference, prepare the conference proceedings with the abstracts and biographies of the speakers, name badges and conference certifications etc.6. On site of the conference, responsible for participation confirmation and registration of speakers, arrange their accomodation and meals according to their commands, comany them to the conference venue, and deal with the common and emergent problems.7. After the conference, collect the opinions and comments on the conference from the speakers and participants, and try to make better experience for them next year.

Promote World MICE Day brand name in the industry and the benefits to new buyers.3. Responsible for sourcing and recruiting buyers from the globe.4. Develop meetings and events industry market insights, maintain the relationship with current buyers and build on solid relationship with new buyer. Visit important buyers.5. Daily communication with new buyers, from the beginning of email, cold call, to follow up, even visiting if needed until to their registration. Resolve any cancellation, replacement and other related problems.6. Attend industry events, workshops and trade shows annually. Analyze industry trends, competitors and post show survey.7. Management of the World MICE Day Hosted Buyer Programme budget, including logistics, system, buyers’ activities, and hosted media’s cost, etc. 8. Manage the database, analysis and update the data.9. Close liaison with sales, marketing and senior management colleagues.
