Current Build, develop and mentor Management Teams to improve business performance and effectiveness – i.e. Onboarding, promoting employee engagement, Performance & Reward Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Internal Communication and facilitating all organizational changes. Organizational Development - Build and lead OD interventions and workshops. Lead and implement the HR global Strategy and cross-company HR Initiatives –Performance & Reward Process, Organizational Survey, Talent Mobility, Workforce Planning and Global Career Architecture position management. Consult & coach managers to enhance employee motivation and interface managing Overall responsibility for all employee life cycle - Hire to retire aspects. Design the local communication climate: round tables, open door etc. Member of the site leadership team. Manage a team of 3 HR generalist & managers. Design, lead and implement a unique plan to ensure the best care for employees in sites undergoing closure processes: - Initiating various employment opportunities- Building tailor made workshops for first-line mangers –Managing under crisis and stress- Developing a learning and training program named "Preparing for the day after"Won first place in Teva global Mission & Value competition, under the value "Caring"
