Oh, hello there!My background is in Business Management and Marketing. I love building on brand stories and thinking about what will resonate with a target audience without settling for the norms. I previously worked at Supernova in Product Innovation, where I conceptualised and developed products for cult beauty brands like Sand & Sky and Coco & Eve. I am inquisitive and do not sit back till a theory convinces me. I am always searching for a deeper meaning different from my understanding. This trait matches well with my research interest that I discovered at the University of Queensland. I published a paper from my Honours thesis in the Journal of Business Research in early 2021 on nonprofit sponsorship engagement. My research interests cover the fields of consumer behaviour, sponsorship, branding and social marketing. My experience in academic research has strengthened my analytical skills, which have proved advantageous in critical thinking and problem-solving. Upon completing the Management Trainee Program, I gained exposure to different aspects of the business at Mediacorp. I now reside with the Commercial Team, focusing on revenue planning and business strategising.
