Responsible in auditing different areas of the Bank in relation to the Bank Secrecy Act and Federal regulations. Some of the performed audit areas are: Stock Transfer, Trust, Safe Deposit Box, BSA & OFAC, Mortgage Lending & Servicing, and Allowance for Probable Loan Loss.

- Maintain organization with inventory, budget, and filing- Develop spreadsheets based on given compliance data - Assist with preparing material for presentations or projects- Responsible for the marketing of Title IX events on campus

- Convert word documents into PDF files for the use of university staff and faculty members- Organize the office’s faculty and adjunct files in order to present documents properly to SACSCOC.- Conduct general office tasks- Maintain organization and documentation on all faculty and adjunct members files- Assist staff with new faculty and adjunct orientation and commencement

- Manage payroll for clients' employees- Input all financial information into the system using the CheckMark program, and - Prepare monthly bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy on all financial information given from clients. - Gain additional knowledge on the preparation of quarterly reports- Became familiar with logistic and trucking terminology- Created a few Adjusted Trial Balances- Bilingual (English/Spanish) environment
