Mrs. Hindle has worked in clinical research for more than 30 years, including 19 years of leadership in Clinical Research and has worked for WCT since July 2021.She began her career in research as a Research Assistant and later a Clinical Study Coordinator at a multi-specialty clinical research site for 3 years, after which she became a CRA and monitored for 5 years. In addition to her monitoring experience Mrs. Hindle has 19 years experience in research management, most recently 5 years as a Clinical Operations Manager with responsibilities for line management for CTMs, LCRAs and CRAs, both regionally and office based. Included in these responsibilities were review of project metrics for adequate staffing, on time deliverables and work performed per budgeted hours. She has served as a Project Lead on several studies in the CNS area:• Bipolar Disorder (Phase III, 3 years),• Depressive Disorder (Phase II, 3 years),• Mood Disorder (Phase II, 2.5 years), • Pediatric Autism (Phase II Device 1.5 years)• Pediatric ADHD (Phase II Device 1.5 years)• PTSD/Suicide (Phase III 3 years)Mrs. Hindle has Monitoring experience in several neurology studies including Phase II and Phase III clinical trials in chronic pain, migraines and osteoarthritis Mrs. Hindle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from William Peace University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Columbia University.
