Iris is a seasoned communications strategist with demonstrated experience in aviation, travel and tourism, consumer tech, multifaceted conglomerates and PR agencies. Prior to joining HK Express as Manager – Public Relations, she had taken the key role in various hotel opening projects including Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay. She had also worked with The Emperor Group and Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, Hong Kong as Corporate Communications Manager and Consultant respectively. Her solid exposure spreads across multiple sectors including aviation, travel and tourism, hospitality, food & beverage, property, entertainment and retail, with a wide spectrum of disciplines including corporate communications, media and KOL engagement, crisis management, brand management and event management. Over the past years, she has spearheaded various impactful PR and marketing campaigns and demonstrated strong leadership capabilityIris holds a B.A. (Hons) in Translation from The Hong Kong Baptist University.
