Deze SSCS'en brengen conditioneermiddel op het spoor waardoor en aantoonbare en duurzame geluidsanering realiseert wordt. Sales Support is als "spin in de web":- onderdeel van de commerciële.

Het benaderen van nieuwe contacten in Duitsland. Uitwerken en begeleiden van Duitse opdrachten van A tot Z. Zelfstandig werkend binnen een klein team. Acquisitie, opbouwen en verbeteren van klantencontacten, offertes maken, orderaanname, opdracht in productie nemen, levertijdbewaking en uitlevering.

• Aktiv support from 10 Key Account Manager. Advice and inform them regarding the latest sales orders as well as changes ofdelivery times, claims, terms etc.
• Indepentdently handling of all sales orders for the Central Europe and East/ middle East region into Siebel / crosschecking techninal issues with the project manager
• Switchboard between KAM’s, customer and production planning department
• Follow up the frame orders
• Follow-up the quotations regarding the estimated and missing orders
• Handling of incomeing reclamations and claims

Munich Area, Germany

• Complete administrative support and backup for the Sales force in the common sales region. e.g. preparing Customer Masterdata for the client visits
• Responsible for quotation preparing, submitting the offer, and follow up until the order acquisition
• Personal customers consultations by phone
