▪ Handle sales orders efficiently from order processing up to delivery to customers.▪ Manage the entire purchasing activities related to sales orders ensuring on time delivery.▪ Provide support to Sales team in answering customer inquiries, follow ups and complaints.▪ Maintain and update sales records for easy tracking and reporting.▪ Work closely with other department internally such as Logistics, Engineering team and Finance for smooth processing and delivery of all sales transactions.

 Responsible for sourcing and procurement of electrical bulk materials to support production needs and RFQ inquiries. Developing and managing key suppliers and partners locally and overseas. Plan and organize the purchasing activities in bulk volume to maximize price negotiation Monitor, arrange incoming shipments and expedite delivery of purchase parts. Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with suppliers Identify and drive opportunities for process and costs improvements

 Source, Evaluate, Negotiate and Purchase materials required for the project from both local and oversea vendors In charge of daily Operational / Purchasing needs and daily monitoring of the delivery schedules Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review and auditing Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to timely delivery

Duties and Responsibilities:• Process purchase requisitions (PR) and create purchase orders (PO) with high data accuracy and within defined cycle time; verify supporting documents (e.g. quotes: validity, price, payment terms, delivery terms); dispatch purchase orders to suppliers and distribution of mails.• Maintains purchasing documents, files and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.• Responds to inquiries of staff and administration regarding purchasing procedures for the purpose of providing information, direction and/or referral for addressing inquiry.• Process all PO closing documents and submit with necessary information to Finance Department and liaising with Warehouse personnel when there is discrepancy on the PO Closing documents.• Additional responsibilities and job scope which may be assigned by immediate supervisor.

Responsibilities: Provides project support services to Project Managers (PMs) and Analysts. Assist Project Managers in project reporting related tasks such as milestones and budget tracking, project status reports and preparation of slides. Coordinate project meetings, taking minutes and provide general administration support Process Purchase Requests (preparing and helping to close procurement documents). Handles Project Initiation Documents (PID) and group memos for approval till closure/sign-off.  Assists Project Managers in all project related administrative tasks when required.

Responsibilities: Under the direction of the immediate manager coordinating Service Engineering resources availability Deals with customer requests, enquiries and complaints Facilitate necessary requirements and travel arrangement for deployment of Service Engineers locally and oversea Performs general administrative and accounting tasks appropriate to the activities of the unit
