Legal job experience:About 10 years of law practice as a lawyer, out of which about 9 years specializing in Business-Commercial Law and Israeli & international Taxation; About 7 years of working with Dr. Joshua Rosensweig, Adv. at a law firm called at the time Rosensweig, Shafran & Co, Adv(. Dr. Rosensweig is currently a partner in Agmon & Co, Adv.) ; Employment with a medical devices' Start-up, there working with Prof. Shlomo Ben-Haim (a Cardiologist and well known businessman)..Legal services: Rendering services to private and publicly traded companies, including few conglomerates and leading entities of the Israeli market. Dealing with Companies Law, Israeli and international Tax law, Contract Law, Tenders, Due Diligence, etc.Executing short term assignments as well as extensive and sometimes complex projects. Experience in management of employees and professional advisors.
