Hello, my name is Iris James. I was born and raised in Oakland, California where my eldest son and I lived until 2004. In July of 2004, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where I currently reside with my teenage children (11/14 years old) and attending America Intercontinental University online with hopes in gaining my BA in business administration with a concentration in organizational management. I come from a loving family that instilled into my older sister and I strong morals, respect for others, wholesome ethics and strong values. I am a beach lover to heart, so when I moved to Atlanta, it was a complete shocker to me to know that the nearest beach is 2-6 hours away considering where you go, so every summer I make trips to Alabama, Savannah, or Carolina, . I consider myself to be a cultured hippie of sorts. I grew up knowing, respecting and understanding the importance of family and community. One of the things I pride myself on is the ability to connect with people. And being raised in California, I had been afforded the opportunities to experience difference cultures, nationalities, races and religious backgrounds. Since living in Atlanta, Georgia I have had some great experiences as well. I have been given great opportunities which included having my own personal assistant business (2005 - 2007), working for the CDC (temp.) DeKalb County children and family services and home/auto insurance inspections. Currently I'm working on a 501c3 nonprofit status as well as opening a virtual call center. I consider myself an advt, customer service enthusiast. I am very passionate about giving clients, customers and or potential prospects a great experience. Whether it's over the phone, in person or technology based interactions. I hold skills in leadership, group facilitation, office administration and management. A certificate in FHA regulations, insurance inspections, brand ambassadorship and product demonstrations. Policy/product training, observing and direct service. I have a vibrant, outgoing and personable personality. I live my life and teach my children model of "treat people the way I/you want to be treated."
