-Financial statement analysis, variance analysis, General Ledger account analysis & reconciliations- Assist Controller with financial statements creation for monthly reporting purposes- Responsible for period closing including work-in-progress, deferred revenue, leases and capital assets complying with IFRS-Work closely with auditors for the interim and fiscal year end audit

Finance Function- Prepare consolidated financial and management reporting, budget, forecast , tax planning and conduct business analysis - Liaise with external professionals, including but not limited to auditors, Valuers, lawyers, financial advisers and external councils for audit, tax and public disclosure - Develop and review internal control policies and procedures to mitigate the associated risks and increase the operation efficiency - Report to the management and be responsible for the finance spectrum - Facilitate with banks to build strong relationship and ensure treasury functioning soundly in the corporation

• Supervise and perform audit planning and procedures to assess the system of client company in HK listed companies, industry such as electronic trading and construction• Understand and review the environment and control activities of the client internal control in order to identify the risk assessment and suggest recommendations• Assist in preparing audit report, engagement letter, management representation letter and tax computation

• Assist senior auditors in audit planning to identify risk • Perform audit field in listed companies in Main Board and GEM board, industry like real estate, construction, electronic trading and media entertainment; and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in HK and PRC such as trading and logistic• Responsible for analytical analysis, performing transaction and reasonableness tests and assess the correctness of the accounting treatment for balance sheet and income statement item• Perform stock-taking in both HK and PRC including physical count and assist in preparing the stock-take report

• Assist senior auditors in audit planning to identify risk • Perform audit field in small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in HK and PRC such as trading and logistic and Non-Governmental Organisation• Responsible for analytical analysis, performing transaction and reasonableness tests and assess the correctness of the accounting treatment for balance sheet and income statement item
