・Maintain all the HK 7 stores windows and display update in high standard ・Take balance between the HQ and local needs to fulfill local market and customer needs・Provide seasonal VM training and coach frontline team on daily VM maintenance responsibilities of each store・Work closely with MD and OP teams to maximise sale opportunities ・Share monthly photo report to HQ・Develop and excute window display from HQ guidelines ・Institutional window set-up and installation・Liaise and coordinate with vendors for production and quality control ・Manage budgets ( Window, Props, Transport ) by monitoring and reconciling monthly expenses

・Responsible for 22 stores of VM display and window set-up・Create graphic design and development of artwork for visual merchandising, seasonal visual changeover, promotional displays & ad-hoc event ・Provide window and VM display guidelines for CN, TW and SP region ・Sourcing of props & VM equipment for window and store displays ・Provide VM training to retail staff by each season
