• Evaluating candidates via phone interviews, online assessments, and professional references,coordinating interviews, assisting talent with resumes and coaching for successful interviews
• Submit qualified candidates to Sr. Recruiter or Lead Recruiter for review prior to clientsubmittals
• Creating and executing a strategic recruitment plan via sourcing, interviewing, coaching,retaining, and developing candidates exceeding client expectations
• Utilizing VMS systems to effectively manage candidate submittals, interviews and offers

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

• Account Manager and liaison between Randstad Program Managers nationwide or MSP and Recruiting Centers
• Retrieve, qualify and route positions to recruiters gathering all necessary information
• Maintain communication between Recruiters and Randstad Program managers in order to facilitate the interview and hiring process
• Build and maintain relationship with Randstad Account and Program Managers and MSP nationwide
• Maintain knowledge of client hiring requirements, Randstad contractual obligations and account rules
• Source for qualified candidates for positions nationwide using internal and external tools

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
• Plans concept by studying information and materials.
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
• Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
• Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organizational information, opportunities, and benefits; making.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
