The Randstad Centralized Delivery (RCD) Lead Recruiter is responsible for working with candidates to qualify and place them in open positions with Randstad’s clients. The Lead Recruiter is responsible for identifying, evaluating, interviewing, submitting, and influencing candidates from initial contact, while on assignment, and in order to redeploy them when their assignment ends.The Lead Recruiter position is a team leadership role with Randstad’s Central Delivery teams and may have the responsibility to directly manage a team of recruiters.The Lead Recruiter may also have responsibility for direct partnership with MSP/VMS clients to present qualified talent for open positions, confirm and schedule interviews, and negotiate offers of employment.▪ Remotely evaluating talent and assessing client demands to make the match between theclient’s staffing needs and the candidate’s skills and experience with speed and quality top ofmind▪ Evaluating candidates via phone interviews, online assessments, and professional references,coordinating interviews, assisting talent with resumes and coaching for successful interviews▪ Submit qualified candidates to Sr. Recruiter or Lead Recruiter for review prior to clientsubmittals▪ Creating and executing a strategic recruitment plan via sourcing, interviewing, coaching,retaining, and developing candidates exceeding client expectations▪ Utilizing VMS systems to effectively manage candidate submittals, interviews and offers▪ Maintaining database with updated documentation regarding candidate activity in ATS▪ Effectively communicating with manager and talent care coordinator to successfully place,on-board, and maintain talent▪ Manage talent working to limit unplanned attrition and assist in successful redeployment.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

• Account Manager and liaison between Randstad Program Managers nationwide or MSP and Recruiting Centers• Retrieve, qualify and route positions to recruiters gathering all necessary information• Maintain communication between Recruiters and Randstad Program managers in order to facilitate the interview and hiring process• Build and maintain relationship with Randstad Account and Program Managers and MSP nationwide• Maintain knowledge of client hiring requirements, Randstad contractual obligations and account rules• Source for qualified candidates for positions nationwide using internal and external tools• High volume of cold calling candidates found on Job Boards with the intent to recruit them for current openings or to obtain referrals of candidates with similar skill sets in the area• Consistently find innovative ways to reach candidates in difficult to reach markets or hard to find skills sets• Maintain working knowledge of up-to-date sourcing and screening methodologies• Responsible for management of candidate pool for each requisition and leveraging all internal resources• Screen, qualify and test candidates for positions• Responsible for building a qualified candidate profile and presenting resume to hiring managers• Receive and review resumes of candidates submitted by other recruiters for quality assurance• Enter the data in the client’s Vendor Management System (VMS)• Meet daily and monthly metrics as a Recruiter and Account Manager• Hold weekly call with recruiters and Program Manager or MSP to gather feedback on candidates presented and identify new roles available• Complete a variety of Ad-hoc reports weekly to track progress and growth of account and identify trends

•Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.•Plans concept by studying information and materials.•Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.•Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.•Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.•Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.•Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.

•Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.•Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.•Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organizational information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.• Determines applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications.•Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.•Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.•Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
