I’m Ching-Ru, a girl who expects to pursue my dream in a positive and active way. The most important mission is to enhance my language skills such as communication in English, French, German. Also, there are more translation, writing, listening practices push me to get more used to in foreign languages environment.Meanwhile, I also joined department student association and club. From these activities, I learned how to work with a team, to prepare an activity from beginning to the end, and how to get along with people in a teamwork. Being the one of the team, I realize that to complete your job is not only for your responsibility but for the whole group. Without your devotion, the team could not be completed. I have applied for the job in Carrefour Taiwan - the store secretary of Love River branch. Not only to assist store manager to prepare meeting materials and reports, to communicate company policy and DM promotion, to hold up the national conference & store meetings, but to be the store contact window for HR & PASD activities. The variety job contents let me know how to be a coordinator in different situation-from the costumers to the company, or managers to employees. Being work with the government department (WDA, the workforce development agency) is really special.Our project team is demanded to promote the policy from WDA, and make the local enterprises know how and what they can apply the resources from the WDA. therefore, we play the coordinators between these two sides. And we have to understand how does the policy(planning) work and to connect to different department for the best training set for customers (local enterprises).No matter studying or working, the main issue is the same that to provide the most suitable service to people in time. But I still need to learn more to approve my communication skills. Hope I can do my best for my job and continue to work for the joy of serving.
