1． Daily support AIRSYS North America strategy development to achieve organization’s objectives.2． Review and refine current internal processes to support NA and deliver products timely. 3． Develop and implement training and marketing programs to staff in AIRSYS North America. 4． Plan and execute strategies and policies to help business in NA. 5． Achieve sales growth and financial targets for North America Market.

1． Design suitable/customized proposals and quote for customers; 2． Maintain the relationship with key account globla customers like TOSHIBA, HYUNDAI, GE;3． Achieve the sales target of corresponding sales area/key account customer;4． Develop, communicate and implement short and long-term operational KA plans to deliver objectives, strategy and capability development 5． Develop new business opportunities of the key accounts and potential customer.

1． Design suitable/customized proposals for customer; Coordinate with sales and R&D department to find out the solution with best cost performance while meet the request of customer.2． Offer products/ cooling solutions presentation and installation & Maintenance training, especially the regular training for agency.3． Supply technical support for all Europe customers such as handling with RFI/ RFP/RFQ, taking care for the unit failure issues.4． Deal with the spare parts management including failure report and analyses;5． Assist sales with business negotiation and product quotation.6． Support agencies with daily technical issue and develop new agency relationship in unexploited market
