HR - Overseas TeamResponsible for all the HR operations matters (except recruiting) of US, Japan, Korea offices.Key person in the whole process of forming the US holding group as well as three subsidiaries engaged in R&D, marketing and technical support business.1. Daily Operation: On-board (100+ pp)/off-board processing, HRIS maintenance, attendance, performance evaluation execution and employee action management, payroll, budgeting (monthly and quarterly), compensation analysis and report, benefits enrollment, policy and work flow’s drafting, execution, and optimization, employee data maintenance;2. Projects: Work with Wilson Sonsini (Law Firm) to complete the Employment Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement and Employee Handbook , work with ADP on the payroll system and executing all the payroll related matters (including system upgrading), completed three major employee benefits projects, including health insurance, 401k retirement plan, meal allowance and house allowance plan;3. Travel: On-site visiting overseas subsidiaries, communicated with local employees and management team;4. Professional Service: Work directly with US (Wilson Sonsini) and Japan (TMI Associates) attorneys and various service providers (ADP, Paychex, Gusto, Zenefits)

HR - PRC Team (Shenzhen HQ)1. On-board (200+ pp)/off-board processing, HRIS, O-chart and employee file maintenance for DJI Shenzhen HQ;2. Assist foreign colleagues in obtaining Chinese work permit;3. Social insurance enrollment and termination, answer employees’ questions (till 2014.09).
