Worked as part of publicity studio team to develop pharmaceutical promotional material and coordinated the projects for publishing. Assisted the Production Manager with the Pre-Press and took over her responsibilites when she had to take a medical leave for a few months.Was the liaison between the studio (designer & medical writer) and the production manager and printer and vendor, making sure everything was getting done on time and errors were fixed.Was in charge of approving printer proof and making sure corporate identity was maintained throughout projects.

Answered the office internal phone line for hundreds of traders and dispatched call to the correct person. Researched transaction history, classified trading documents, relayed internal messages and did the troubleshooting for printers & fax.

Recruited and managed the production team of 4 (programmer & writers) and was the link between the team and the teacher of the different courses. Designed 5 new online courses for the institute. Successfully delivered in a very tight deadline. Created the web pages elements.Was in charge of keeping Dean informed and making sure the school IT department was ready for implementation launch.

Prepared and taught activities in Art & Science for children of various groups (3-10 yr olds).Was in charge of the after school program for the older children. Opened or closed the daycare and set alarm.Worked with the 6 mo to 2 yr olds when their educator was at lunch.
