- Managed the development lifecycle of 4 products in 7 months, including an online application tracking system for recruitment, a regional headcount/payroll reporting application for senior management, a meeting room booking application serving 440+ staff in Taiwan office and a corporate-wide social application - Responsible for identifying requirements, specifying features and use-cases, as well as creating overall user interface draft design and determining workflow- Planned and drove day-to-day operation, coordinated among software engineers, graphic designers and other stakeholders to ensure the on-time delivery of all products- Controlled and evaluated product quality, prepared user guidelines and internal communication emails- Supported the team in rolling out internal people management system to Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam

- Worked with the Vice-President of the Group CEO's Office to conduct in-depth market research into existing and potential ventures, and prepared proposals for new businesses and takeovers across Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam- Supported the team in setting up regional People Team and was in charge of campus recruitment for Singapore office- Responsible for planning and executing recruitment events in major local universities, as well as exploring other recruitment channels, e.g. off-campus networking events at Raffles Hotel and open house at Garena Singapore office - Project lead for Garena Singapore corporate and career website revamp and launched it in 3 months- Led Taiwan recruitment team to kick-start MA Program, including revamping Garena Taiwan career website, planning and executing recruitment events across major local universities, and off-campus networking event at W Hotel Taiwan- Outreached to ASEAN student associations and MBA programs in top overseas universities for general branding and established long-term relationships - Supported the team in designing the internal employee-enrichment program, including sharing sessions, crash-courses, as well as preparing the relevant learning materials for training camps
