1. Most important task for 2010- set up factory2. Accountable for all HR issues –Recruiting, C&B, Training, Manning, Public Relationship3. Administer Denmark HQ HR policies & processes: ensure flexibility and consistency of interpretation to advance the business in Skykon Xuzhou needs5. Demonstrate strong employee relationship and morale6. Formulate and implement a sound HR management system, C&B programs, taxation process, recruiting, training, public relations.7. Contribute to effective running of the payroll administration, annual salary review process, staff cost budget, etc.8. Work closely with the department managers to understand business needs and provide professional HR advice and services9. Manage recruitment process, staff orientation and exit checking process and job description for all positions10. Manage development and training programs and other HR initiatives / projects to achieve business objectives11. Prepares and controls overall human resources budgets. 12. Internal communication among all employees13. Visa related issues- invitation letter, foreign employee residence permit etc.14.
