- Análise e baixa de valores recebidos, como a conciliação financeira e identificação de erros no pagamento;- Responsável por negociações, atuando na redução do prazo médio de recebimento e índice de inadimplência;- Vivência direta com clientes para cobrança e negociação de débitos pendentes, emissão de documentos (nota de débito, notas de crédito e recebimentos de títulos, impostos e taxas);- Vivência em toda rotina de cobranças via telefone, e-mails ou reuniões diretamente com os cliente;- Elaboração do Forecast do Contas a Receber, bem como garantir o correto fechamento mensal;- Faturamento - Controle e redução de Aging e overdue.- Experiência na prestação de apoio aos clientes internos e externos, reuniões com departamentos comerciais para verificar situação dos contratos vigentes;- Administração dos recebíveis via depósito ou boleto. Acompanhamento dos documentos e impostos devidos no recebimento dos pagamentos.

- Analysis and application of amounts received, such as financial reconciliation and identification of payment errors; - Responsible for negotiations, acting on the reduction of the average payment period and default rate; - Direct experience with clients for collection and negotiation of outstanding debts, issuance of documents (debit note, credit notes and receipts of securities, taxes and fees); - Responsible for the preparation of management reports for Brazil and USA with analysis of exchange rate variations; - Experience in all billing routine via phone, e-mails or meetings directly with customers;- Preparation of the Accounts Receivable Forecast, as well as ensuring the correct monthly closing;- Control and reduction of Aging report, balance of Intercompany transactions and default rate;- Control of low taxes, write-off, cancellation of invoices, among others;- Experience in providing support to internal and external customers, meetings with commercial departments to check the status of current contracts;- Administration of receivables via deposit or credit card. Follow-up of documents and taxes due upon receipt of payments.
