Execution of the BHS system, working with the engineering department, testing values in factory.Later, member of finishings and interior design department, study of different options and qualities for the application in the BHS building, meeting with suppliers, fairs, showrooms, etc.Study of the block standard type and its application in the urban project New Southworks Chicago, applying the new advances in sustainability and Smart Cities.· Design of the BHS building, a high-performance industrialised building (1 building per week), with large-scale, sustainable and low-cost developments.· Multidisciplinary team (urbanism, architecture, engineering, sales, accounting) of more than 40 people and with international projects (Chicago, New Zealand, Ecuador, Chile, Sweden).· Development of the urban macroproject in New Southworks Chicago, with more than 12k homes divided into four phases and currently in progress.· Analysis of the manufacturing process and the development of the BHS product, being present in the study of constructive details, joints and working hand in hand with the engineering department.· On-site supervision of the construction of BHS building in Sitges, completed in 2016.
