I have been applying my transformational model to global corporations, the White House, and the legal industry, for three decades. My most recent creation is “Im Bestie” a mobile app that is an AI digital human mental health self-care therapist which is now available in the Apple App Store. Bestie provides 24/7 psychotherapeutic strategies and solutions for dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life-stage challenges, and self-transformation.I am currently writing two books, including “Self-Transformation” (self-help) and “From Hamptons to Hollywood” (my second novel).I am a member of Clinton Global Initiative, Renaissance Weekend, The DNC Woman’s Leadership Forum, and an Appointee to the White House Millennial Council. I am an avid runner, hiker, and skier as well gourmet cook and amateur interior designer.My work to date has been influenced and directed by my Kriya Yoga spiritual practice with Paramahansa Yogananda.I am a devoted dog lover and rescuer (see article “Iris Martin and Barrie”).
