With over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and dedicated Hospitality Manager at Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center, where I oversee the food service operations, catering, and special events for the community. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and products, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, and managing budgets and inventory. I have also successfully organized and executed various events, such as weddings, fundraisers, conferences, and banquets, for diverse audiences and clients. Some of my skills include hospitality management, food service, special events, customer service, and team leadership. I hold an associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Ivy Tech Community College. My mission is to create memorable and meaningful experiences for the guests and the community, while supporting the vision and values of the Kroc Center. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team, and I am always eager to learn new things and improve my skills.
