After working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for eight years and finding great fulfillment in the field, I decided to pursue further growth by testing to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on the works to pass the exam. My dedication and passion were recognized by Finni, who offered me the role of intern supervisor, providing an opportunity to enhance my skills. Additionally, Finni entrusted me with the responsibility of being an ABA Mentor, where I educate new behavior technicians (BTs) about the principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Collaborating with my director and mentor, we are actively involved in a 40-hour training program to aimed at assisting others in establishing a career in the autism community and providing support.
