Working in a team of three, I was able to apply my knowledge in business and accounting to address the company's need for expansion by utilizing their existing asset in generating a new revenue stream. As a UNSW Hero, I played an active role in the future development of the University through being responsible for the creation and presentation of an innovative service improvement concept that aimed to fundamentally enhance the experience of UNSW Students, Staff and Alumni. This was achieved through:• Working closely within a multi-faculty team to confront a challenge within the UNSW community, and through a process of critical thinking, problem solving and teamwork, create an innovative working service solution to improve the student experience.
