• Hiring dozens of management trainees each year, from CV selection and assessment centers till the actual onboarding

During these years I have volunteerd several months (full time) at local organisations and foundations in Mozambique, Uganda and Costa Rica. I organized and guided several team trips from the Netherlands to Uganda and raised funds to build sanitary facilities
