Enrollments Analyst: 2021-Current  Research and resolve transaction matters pertaining to enrollments, move-ins, move-outs, and switches for ERCOT, PJM, MISO, NEPOOL, and NYISO. Monitor and escalate all EDI transactions in all markets and internal systems to ensure a response is received for each pending transaction within a timely manner.  Contact utilities and internal parties as necessary to diagnose and resolve transactional issues in order to accurately resolve issues within its timeframe.  Uses analytical problem solving skills and knowledge for all markets in order to independently resolve issues. Rates Analysts: 2020-2021 Upload renewal contract for C&I and Texas General Land Office customers via manual or batching methods in ERCOT, PJM, MISO, NYISO, and ISONE. Addressed any inquiries, concerns and escalations from internal teams for any, C&I and Residential contract concerns.  Handled a daily, weekly, and monthly exceptions reporting.  Trained colleagues and Audit team members work to ensure accuracy.  Assisted in transitioning from previous CIS/Billing system to new systems.  Cross trained within my team to achieve my Sr. position.

 Main point of contact for Cavallo Texas State Power Program concerns. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the one and done method. Promptly resolve customer complaints via phone or email. Managed multiple customer support inboxes within designated SLAs.  Assisted management with special projects as assigned.
